| 9 | Meowth ex #107 | Ultra Rare | $10.00 | $71.00 | 1 sale per day |
| 10 | Poké Pad #113 | Ultra Rare | $9.80 | $34.05 | 1 sale per week |

| 13 | Mega Clefable ex #103 | Ultra Rare | $4.94 | $46.00 | 3 sales per week |
- The gold Zygarde leads. Mega Zygarde ex #124 was the only single card at $100 ungraded, and its PSA 10 value of $426.53 was about twice that of any other card in the set.
- Meowth ex is the most traded. The Meowth ex Special Illustration Rare (#121) was second raw at $78.90 and, at about ten PSA 10 sales a day, the most frequently sold PSA 10 in the table.
- The PSA 10 order is different. Rosa's Encouragement #123 is fifth raw but third in a PSA 10 ($123.09), ahead of Mega Zygarde ex #120 ($111.01). Clefairy #094, an Illustration Rare at $14.89 raw, was at $90.50 in a PSA 10.
- Cheap raw, expensive in a 10. The main-set Gengar #050, a regular Rare at $1.99 ungraded, had a PSA 10 value of $221.75, but on about one sale a week, so that figure rests on few sales.
- What is left out. Sealed products and stamped or store versions are not ranked, such as Judge [Regional Staff] #076 ($319.97 ungraded) and the EB Games and GameStop stamped Gengar #050 ($102.28 and $88.17 ungraded).
- Graded vs raw. Whether a PSA 10 price is worth chasing depends on the odds of getting one and on the fees; Is it worth grading? works through the method and PSA 9 vs PSA 10 covers what separates the two grades.
Pull rates
No official pull rates were found for Perfect Order. The figures below are estimates from published pack openings and tallies: they are per pack, not guarantees, and the samples range from 55 packs to about 4,000.
| Source (date) | Sample | Double Rare | Illustration Rare | Ultra Rare | Special Illustration Rare | Mega Hyper Rare |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TCGplayer (April 2026) | more than 3,500 packs | 20.97% ± 1.34% (1 in 5) | 11.20% ± 1.03% (1 in 9) | 8.54% ± 0.92% (1 in 12) | 1.23% ± 0.36% (1 in 81) | 0.06% ± 0.08% (1 in 1,786) |
| PokéZentrum (March 2026) | about 4,000 packs of the German edition (Optimale Ordnung) from unnamed sources | 1 in 5 | 1 in 9 | 1 in 11 | 1 in 75 | 1 in 1,250 |
| ComicBook.com (March 2026, pre-release) | 55 packs | not counted separately (14 ex cards of all rarities) | 6 pulls (about 1 in 9) | 3 pulls (about 1 in 18) | 1 pull (1 in 55) | 0 pulls |
TCGplayer also gives per-card odds, assuming every card of a rarity is equally common: about 1 in 43 packs for a specific Double Rare, 1 in 98 for a specific Illustration Rare, 1 in 211 for a specific Ultra Rare and 1 in 487 (0.21%) for a specific Special Illustration Rare such as Meowth ex #121. On those rates it takes about 121 packs on average to find every Double Rare, 296 for every Illustration Rare, 744 for every Ultra Rare and 1,167 for every Special Illustration Rare. Its sample was smaller than for its other Pokémon sets, and it found the rates in line with the earlier Mega Evolution sets Mega Evolution and Phantasmal Flames; for example, Ultra Rares came in at 8.54% ± 0.92% against 8.06% ± 0.75% in Phantasmal Flames, within the margin of error. Later sets such as Chaos Rising use the same rarity tiers.
- Double Rare: 20.97% ± 1.34% of packs, about 1 in 5 packs.
- Illustration Rare: 11.20% ± 1.03% of packs, about 1 in 9 packs.
- Ultra Rare: 8.54% ± 0.92% of packs, about 1 in 12 packs.
- Special Illustration Rare: 1.23% ± 0.36% of packs, about 1 in 81 packs.
- Mega Hyper Rare: 0.06% ± 0.08% of packs, about 1 in 1,786 packs.
Where the estimates disagree
- Mega Hyper Rare. The estimates for the gold Mega Zygarde ex range from 1 in 1,250 packs (PokéZentrum, which puts it at roughly every 1,200th to 1,300th pack) to 1 in 1,786 (TCGplayer). TCGplayer's own article is not consistent: its section heading says 1 in 1,260, while its table and text give 1 in 1,786. Its margin of ± 0.08% is larger than the rate itself, so the figure rests on very few hits.
- Special Illustration Rares. TCGplayer has 1 in 81 packs and PokéZentrum 1 in 75. ComicBook.com's single hit in 55 packs is too small a sample to pin the rate down.
- Ultra Rares. TCGplayer and PokéZentrum land at 1 in 12 and 1 in 11 packs; ComicBook.com's 55 packs gave only about 1 in 18.
- Illustration Rares agree. All three land at about 1 in 9 packs.
Checklist before you rely on a number here
- ☐ The price has a date: everything above is as of October 17, 2026, and prices move daily.
- ☐ You are comparing like with like: ungraded with ungraded, PSA 10 with PSA 10, and the right card number (Mega Zygarde ex is printed as #047, #104, #120 and #124).
- ☐ The PSA 10 price rests on regular sales (check the sales column; “1 sale per week” is thin).
- ☐ Pull rates are averages over many packs; a single box can land well above or below them.
- ☐ Before grading, check the card against the modern pre-grading checklist.
